Refund Policy

We ensure 100% customer satisfaction for all our services. However, the refund policy is available to accommodate the customers' concerns. All refund requests will be fulfilled as per the following arrangement:

  • If a refund request is made after 12 hours of initial design samples delivery, you are not eligible for a refund.
  • No refund request will be entertained if you have posted a revision on any of the initial design samples.
  • All refund requests should be communicated to the support department.
  • TechCraft Inc. reserves the right to approve/disapprove refund requests on a case-by-case basis based on violations of the user agreement.
  • We ensure 100% customer satisfaction, but the refund policy is available to accommodate customer concerns.

Refund requests will be denied if:

  • You have chosen a special package.
  • The primary design concept has been approved.
  • You have requested revisions.
  • Cancellation is due to reasons unrelated to the company.
  • The company has not been contacted for more than 2 weeks.
  • Company policies have been violated.
  • Another company or designer has been approached for the same project.
  • The creative brief lacks required information.
  • A complete design change has been requested.
  • The refund request exceeds the allowed timeframe.
  • The business is closing or changing its name.
  • Reasons such as “change of mind”, “disagreement with a partner”, or other non-service-related issues will not be eligible for a refund.
  • If a client subscribes to a service bundle and is dissatisfied with one service, a refund will apply only to that service, not the entire bundle.
  • No refunds after 15 days from the date of purchase.
  • Services like Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting are non-refundable.
  • Website refunds will not be entertained once the client has approved the design and development has begun.

How to Claim Your Refund

To ensure your refund request is approved, please meet the following requirements:

  2. We will try to resolve your concern through our revision policy. If a resolution is not possible, we will email you a refund request approval from our refund department.
  3. After the refund, your design rights will be transferred to TechCraft Inc., and you will no longer have the right to display or use any version of the design provided by the company.

Important Notes:

  • Once the design rights are transferred, you agree that you have no right (direct or indirect) to use, modify, or claim ownership of the refunded design.
  • In collaboration with Government Copyright Agencies, TechCraft Inc. will share copyright acquisition information, ensuring that refunded designs cannot be reused as original works in the future.
